    I contacted Black and White to come estimate how much it would take to take down my tree. They came by and gave me a quote of 850. I thought this was quite reasonable, so I called them and asked to schedule for the weekend. Friday evening rolls by and I haven't heard from them, so I call and ask if we are going to do the job as I had to take a day off of work. They called me back at 9PM and said that they would be there. I took the day off of work, moved my cars and scrambled to get the money because they would only take cash. The guy gets there, and then tells me he can't do the job, because he should have charged me twice as much. Huge waste of time and money for me, don't use these unprofessional, sloppy people.
