  I began therapy at Quantum after a near-fatal car accident. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and make the facility feel like a home away from home. They always give the utmost attention and care towards my treatment, making sure that I am on the road to improvement instead of being stagnant in my healing process. The treatment and recovery process is custom tailored to my needs, and they find the perfect balance between pushing myself physically to achieve my goals, and making sure I don't exacerbate my injuries.
  
  The facility is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The machines are state-of-the-art, and the staff is well-trained on their use and purpose. If I have ever felt uncomfortable doing a particular exercise, the staff has always been there to offer alternatives to make sure I'm not in pain. And if I have any questions about the equipment, I know I can ask the staff and be educated immediately. For instance, after discussing treatment during a recent session, the staff and I decided to try using "Double Traction" to treat the pain and injuries in my lower spine. Within 15 seconds I knew what the machine was, how it worked (the patient is strapped to a table with a cable looped around them, which attaches to a machine at the foot of the bed. The machine slowly pulls on the cable wrapped around the patient, using a pre-set amount of maximum pressure, and varies over the course of 15 minutes.), it's purpose (to decompress the spine, relieving pain from compressed discs), and what to do if I felt uncomfortable (there is a "killswitch" in the patient's hand at all times. Pushing the button immediately releases all pressure from the machine). After the short discussion with the staff, I felt this would be a good move for my treatment plan. And it has been miraculous in treating my injuries.
  
  The personalized attention towards my treatment has worked so well, I was able to stop using the painkillers my physician prescribed for me after the accident. And with each session I feel better and better.
  
  I would recommend this facility to anybody needing physical therapy to treat any range of injuries. I look forward to working with the staff to meet my goals, and get me back to normal. It helps knowing that they care about my healing as much as I do. You won't regret choosing Quantum Physical Therapy. I know I haven't.
